All products are shipped with complimentary hygiene packaging to ensure safety and cleanliness upon arrival.

Order Tracking

- After the order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing the tracking number, shipping method details, and a link to track your package directly via the courier’s website.
- For customized items, we will send production update emails (e.g., "Embroidery Completed", "Ready for Shipping") to keep you informed of the progress.
- You can also log in to the personal center on our official website and view the real-time order and logistics status in "My Orders".
- If the logistics information is not updated for more than 5 business days, or shows delivered but you have not received the goods, please contact customer service immediately for assistance.

Shipping Notes

- Pacifiers are shipped in sterile, sealed packaging to meet CPSC hygiene standards; pillows are packed in dust-proof, hypoallergenic bags to prevent contamination. All packaging is free of harmful chemicals.
- Please inspect the packaging for damage or tampering before signing for delivery; if damaged or tampered with, note it on the delivery receipt, take photos of the packaging, and contact us immediately to initiate a replacement.
- During U.S. holidays (e.g., Christmas, Thanksgiving, Mother’s Day) and peak shopping seasons, shipping timeliness may be delayed by 1-2 business days, subject to courier notifications. We recommend placing holiday orders in advance.
